27 April – How to Stay Cool, Calm & Collected in Times of Uncertainty
This interview with Jevon Dangeli (www.neuro-linguistics.net), a holistic HNLP and Hypnosis Trainer & Wellness Coach, is going to rock!
Most of the distress and anxiety that people face these days is the result of uncertainty, of not knowing what the future holds and creating worst case scenarios in our mind. We then form limiting beliefs and validate them by staying focused on all the doom and gloom around us. This results in self fulfilling prophecies which keep attracting the external evidence to match our internal perceptions. We end up spiraling rapidly downwards, as individuals and as a society, and eventually we hit rock bottom. Then we finally give up the struggle, face reality and begin to rebuild our empire.
Does it have to be that way? No not at all! This mayhem is totally unnecessary. We can choose to give up the struggle right now, face our reality and empower our empire (ourselves) to rise above contrived perceptions of mainstream thinking. You are your own best chance of not only surviving uncertainty by thriving through it. The question is, how can you tune out the distractions which prevent you from being self empowered, and tune in to your deeper potential and resourcefulness to deal effectively with the challenges of our time?
During this interview Jevon Dängeli – NLP / HNLP Trainer & Coach will share simple yet effective strategies to remain present and focused, while activating your whole brain for optimal functioning and performance.
