@Jennifer: Great additions to the list! I think one of the things that really gets in the way of us being fully self-expressed is when we're focusing on our "weaknesses" rather than living through our strengths. Because then we tell ourselves all sorts of stories about how we're not good enough/ don't deserve it, etc. And that gets in the way of your own light and others lights. Nobody gets it ALL right, and we're not meant to. And embracing our messiness is one of the ways we can shine even more! I bet this is something that comes up alot in your weight-loss coaching!

Cath! This is probably my all time favorite quote and I love your post. Things I have on my list:

*Rely on your strengths for success.
*Find a friend to shore up your weaknesses.
*Together, as a team, it is much bigger and more fun.
*Helping others light their own flame of genius doesn't dim your own... it doubles the light and helps to make the world a brighter place.

*Do what you love.
*Love what you do.

Love this... truly!!
