		<description>@Heather: It&#039;s powerful, isn&#039;t it! I just read your post and I think we&#039;re coming from the same angle. People can smell manipulation from a mile away. Influential leaders are authentic and real. And being authentic and real is a much less stressful and much more fun way of being a leader for the leader too!
