@Deb: "the way we impose our limitations not only on ourselves but on others" - totally agree. And sadly, sometimes we don't realise that this isn't necessarily an explicit thing. I think you nailed the big ones. People not believing in themselves, their unique abilities and voice, and not putting their brilliance out into the world.
