I just watched Martha and Cathys' videos! Very insightful and inspiring. I love the inovative thinking Cathy presented on the problems with traditional goal setting. Thank you so much! It has been very frustrating for me to consider throwing away the 'now' in order to possibly have a skeleton plan for the future---which is unknown. Martha also is quite an encouragement. It makes sense to me that problems and struggles are necessary to stimulate growth and solutions. I appreciate both of you very much. This is extremely helpful. Wow!
